Memberships sit alongside pay-as-you-go options to keep access flexible and affordable. As the local delivery arm for health and recreation, the trust balances everyday programming with the significant costs and complexity of maintaining and upgrading facilities—often in partnership with Hyndburn Borough Council and national bodies—so both grassroots users and competitive athletes can benefit.
