We are looking for a Pay and Benefits Specialist on a part time basis to deliver accurate and timely payroll, benefits, and pension administration services, ensuring employees are paid correctly and in line with statutory and contractual obligations. Working with external providers, including payroll and pension administrators, and liaising with staff across all levels of the organisation to support a smooth and efficient service. What you'll be doing Prepare and process the weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely approvals Compile and submit all payroll-related returns, including those to HMRC, and produce statutory and year-end documents such as P60's and P45's.
