Bayleaf FM is an independent facilities management company that has been operating since 2001. The company is known for its strong people, better operations, and smarter ways of working. Bayleaf FM has grown significantly, but its management structure and long-term partnerships have remained consistent. The company is recognized for its commitment to fair pay, real training, and a manager who knows their name. Bayleaf FM is a Living Wage Recognised Service Provider, and the development route from site team to management is a published one rather than an informal favor.
