This is a broad and varied role combining operational HR practice, service development and project delivery, suited to an experienced generalist with a solid grounding in UK employment law. As part of our dedicated People & Culture team, you will work closely with a fellow Senior HR Adviser to provide expert guidance to staff and managers, managing a diverse caseload across the full employee lifecycle — from employee relations, performance, conduct and sickness absence, through to recruitment, onboarding and staff welfare. You will help managers navigate complex people issues with confidence, knowing when to escalate where legal or reputational risk requires it.
