We're looking to add our first hire to a current standalone HR function. You'll work closely with the Director of HR & Operations, taking ownership of day-to-day People Operations while bringing your own ideas and experience to the team. While the role is remote, you'll have opportunities for in-person office days together, a great way to build a strong working relationship, and getting hands-on support. As the role develops, you'll help shape the future of HR at Newton Media, improving how we support our people and managers, developing our systems and processes, championing employee wellbeing, and getting involved in wider People projects, including smarter use of technology and AI.
