Since then, Volaris has grown to include over 240 businesses in more than 40 different vertical markets across 60+ countries.

Senior HR Business Partner United Kingdom (Remote) | Full time or Part time (minimum 30 hours per week)   The Opportunity Want to design and run an HR function exactly as you think it should work? In this newly created role, you will own HR for our Portfolio Team, partnering with leaders across the full employee lifecycle. Your days will mix strategic work – designing and rolling out an EVP – with the hands-on side: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, terminations, and everything in between. And you’ll do it for an unusual population: the ~45 people who help our whole portfolio of software companies run successfully, including our Portfolio Executive Team. Base salary range: £60 - 70k per annum Discretionary bonus: 10–15% bonus per annum (The above is pro-rata if part time)
