What does a Human Resources Business Partner in East Coast Route do?  Well, no two days are ever the same, there are approx. 2500 colleagues employed in East Coast Route, geographically located along the East Coast mainline from Kings Cross up to Berwick.  As HRBP, you'll report to a Senior HRBP, and you'll work alongside a dedicated client area of approx. 450 colleagues.  You'll be responsible for the full range of generalist HR activity including delivering the HR people strategy focussing on workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations and implementing our EDI plans.   You'll also successfully deliver client responsive, cost effective and integrated people solutions that address key business objectives, gaining acceptance from key stakeholders.  This will involve coaching, advising and challenging business leaders on short and medium-term HR issues such as...
