We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team in this newly created role. The position has been established to support the implementation and ongoing management of a new colleague sponsorship compliance system, ensuring we continue to meet our obligations as a licensed sponsor and maintain accurate records for our sponsored workforce. Working closely with the HR team, Home Administrators, and operational colleagues, you will play a key role in supporting the transition to the new system through accurate data entry, record management, and the development of robust processes that ensure all sponsorship compliance requirements are met.
