The organisation delivers holistic, patient-centred support for individuals living with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing. Its services are provided both at its purpose-built day hospice facility in Stratford-upon-Avon and within patients’ own homes through community-based care programmes.
