We are looking for an operationally excellent HR Business Partner to partner a defined division of the business, reporting directly into the Chief People Officer. This is a meaty, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of day-to-day people operations and longer-term strategic influence. You will work in a business that is growing through both organic expansion and bolt-on acquisitions, which means the people agenda is rarely straightforward. Integration activity, evolving structures, changing headcount profiles, and the commercial pressures that come with PE ownership are all part of the context. You will need to hold your own with senior leaders, advise with confidence, and be equally comfortable managing a complex ER caseload and sitting in a workforce planning conversation with the SLT.
