The Deaf Academy

The Deaf Academy is a Charity providing specialist education and care for deaf children and young adults aged 9–25 from across the UK. Many of our students have additional needs, and we are committed to providing an inclusive, bilingual environment using British Sign Language (BSL) and spoken/written English. Our staff work collaboratively across education, care and support services to help every student thrive and prepare for a confident, independent future.

Here at the Deaf Academy we have a unique culture.  Student and employee development is at the core of what we do.  We inspire the next generation to do incredible things. We are an award-winning organisation and our teams create a positive, stimulating environment to enable our children and young people to thrive. We’re looking for extraordinary people to join us and help shape our future.
