The Woodland Trust is looking for a People Project Partner - Job Families to form an important part of the team delivering a people transformation project.  The project is focused on creating clear job families, clear job descriptions, updating policies, benefits and terms and conditions of employment. It will build capability and support people related processes that provide the basis for talent and career development and ensure colleague practices are legally compliant, fair and aligned with our organisational values. This role is advertised as full-time, 37.5 hours per week, however we would consider applications from those wanting reduced hours at 30 per week.
