The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join us as a HR Administrator to manage the processes of the HR function and to provide proactive support to the Head of HR and the business on various HR projects. Successful candidates will have around 1-2 years generalist HR or administrative experience gained within a fast paced, professional environment, excellent organisation skills and an ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
Key Tasks
o Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, escalating to HHR as appropriate, as well as external recruiters and other partners.
o Responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the employee life cycle across all entities (e.g. driving the recruitment process, on-boarding and off-boarding, probation and appraisals, benefits administration,...

The salary for this position is £28-32,000 per annum depending on experience (plus full benefit eligibility including profit share bonus).
