About the Role Join ONSIDE  and discover the role of HR Manager in the charity sector. This is a hands‑on, operational HR role, crucial to supporting the day‑to‑day running of our organisation and ensuring our people receive consistent, fair and responsive HR support.
The HR Manager will lead and deliver the operational HR service, ensuring policies, processes and systems are applied effectively across the organisation. You will provide practical, expert support to managers and teams, enabling them to deliver excellent services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
This role manages a small HR team and works closely with managers to support recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, compliance and people processes across the full employment lifecycle.
