To provide comprehensive HR support across all UK business units and entities supported by the Shared Service Centre. The role is responsible for coordinating and executing HR activities as directed by the HR Business Partner, contributing to the effective delivery of the People function. A key focus of the role includes supporting employee engagement initiatives, maintaining and optimising HR systems, and contributing to a wide range of HR projects and strategic initiatives. The position requires the ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks, as well as collaborate with colleagues to co-deliver key activities.
