The RYA is the National Governing Body for a broad range of sailing and boating activities with an extensive network of affiliated clubs, class associations and training centres.

Having celebrated our 150th anniversary, we are immensely proud of our heritage. However, we must continue to ensure we, and the sport and pastimes we love, remain relevant, thriving and accessible to everyone.

We are a membership organisation of over 100,000 members and a world-leading provider of training schemes and publications.
