People Partner Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + £7,500 Car Allowance We have a fantastic vacancy for a proactive and passionate People Partner to support the operations teams within our North Pub operations division. This varied role would suit someone with previous experience in a ER or generalist HR role, who is passionate about our industry, our guests, and most importantly, our people. We are looking for someone who can drive business performance by working collaboratively with Operations Managers and their teams, providing sound commercial advice and people-centric solutions.  You will need to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and work with them to deliver their people plans to drive performance in their areas.
