Role Overview Job Title: People Partner Department: People Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Direct Reports: N/A The People Partner will lead the delivery of engagement, organisational health, and a positive employee experience across the business, with a strong focus on engagement initiative and employee advocacy. With the support of the HR Administrator, this role will also oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, providing pragmatic HR advice and operational support. This role is suited for someone who is passionate about engagement and culture, while also bringing strong expertise in employee relations, compliance and core HR practices.
