Job Summary Kiwa UK is looking for a HR Adviser to join our team on a 9 month fixed term contract. As an HR Adviser, you will act as a Kiwa ambassador, living our values while providing professional HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle. You will support managers and employees with day to day queries, manage employee relations cases and contribute to cultural, equality and wellbeing initiatives that support Kiwa’s strategic goals. This is a fully remote, home based role, with occasional travel as required. About the role Support the HR Business Partners to deliver effective HR support across the business. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, managing a wide range of ER cases in line with employment law, company policies, and Kiwa values.
