The People Team are the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a proactive, professional service, and advice across the organisation.Â
The role is a blend of working with leaders across the Group to develop and support in the delivery of our business and people plans as well as providing practical HR support and service delivery.
As a line manager and part of a great People Team you will be developing our employee experience and management practices, policies and procedures, and supporting in skills development.
You'll be analytical in approach, be knowledgeable about employment legislation and able to oversee and support in employee relations, organisational change and people management skills development.
We're at an exciting stage of our partnering within the Group and looking for someone to lead with excellence in their own practice.
