Role Purpose The Payroll Administrator is fully accountable for the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll for KDB UK employees. The role manages all payroll activities from data collection and validation through to payroll processing, statutory reporting, reconciliations and employee support, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Working closely with Finance, People & Communications and external payroll providers, the Payroll Administrator maintains payroll records, ensures compliance with UK legislation and supports continuous improvement of payroll processes. This is a Part-Time (22-28 hours per week) position, we can be flexible on start and finish times.
