Following an internal promotion, we’re now looking for a Senior Advisor, Employee Relations to play a critical role in partnering with our leaders and supporting our employees through complex and often sensitive people matters. This role is central to strengthening manager capability, managing risk with sound judgement, and helping us build a fair, consistent, and inclusive workplace where our values are lived every day.
