We're looking for a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist to join our Forest House TA team. In this role, you will take ownership of our recruitment technology landscape, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers and our talent acquisition teams.
You'll act as the subject matter expert for our Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce Recruit), careers platform and associated recruitment technologies, using your technical expertise, problem-solving skills and data-driven insight to improve processes, optimise system performance and support better hiring decisions.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, development and continuous improvement of our recruitment systems, working closely with Talent Acquisition, People Services, IT and external partners to ensure they remain effective, compliant and aligned to business needs.
