Job Purpose   Aspirations Academies Trust is seeking an experienced Business Partner for Employee Relations to join our growing HR team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to develop their career within a dynamic multi academy trust supporting over 1250 staff across 16 academies . You will play a key role in supporting leaders with employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled professionally, consistently and in line with employment law and Trust policies. Key responsibilities include Advising Principals and senior leaders on employee relations matters Supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability processes Attending HR meetings and hearings to provide professional advice Supporting HR policy implementation and consistency across academies Identifying trends in casework and supporting preventative interventions Delivering training and guidance to leaders on people management...
Salary: Starting salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

Senior HR Business Partner

Job Purpose     Provide strategic HR leadership across the Trust, ensuring the people strategy aligns with the organisation’s long-term educational and operational objectives.
