About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Resourcing and Engagement Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment activity while also playing a key role in HR administration, systems management, compliance, and reporting.
This is a hands-on, influential role that works closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and external partners to ensure we attract and retain high-quality talent aligned with our culture and values. You will champion excellent candidate experience, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across our people processes.

You’ll receive a competitive salary of £36,294 – £40,265 per annum , depending on your experience and qualifications. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract working 35 hours per week , with a hybrid working approach that supports both organisational needs and work–life balance.
