We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and experienced People Experience Lead to join our Organisational Development, Wellbeing and Leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving the experience of working in the Trust by leading the delivery of our staff experience, wellbeing and leadership development priorities. Working closely with colleagues, leaders, teams and staff networks, you will help translate staff feedback, workforce insight and organisational priorities into practical, inclusive and evidence-based interventions that make a meaningful difference to our people.
