Our secret ingredient? The reason we aren't 'just another careers board?' Well – put simply – we have proper backing! We're part of the HR Ninjas community – the UK's largest online tribe of in-house HR professionals with over 37,000 brilliant members from across the UK and beyond. Through our careers board and our buzzing communities, we create space for genuine human connection. We create the spark to ignite new passions, the key that unlocks a new door and spring board that ls and write exciting new chapters. We believe that we all thrive when we find our perfect space and place in the world of work. And finding it starts with us!
Our Story? Back in 2021, our lovely members started sharing and hunting for new opportunities with each other in our Facebook group. It started with a couple a week of jobs being shared a week and quickly gathered speed and within a few months we were seeing hundreds of jobs being shared. We knew we were onto something – that HR needed something more – and with a mindset of ‘we need a bigger boat!’ we set about finding a forever home for our jobs.
Fast forward to now, and we've got proper momentum going – with more than 50 cracking opportunities being shared through us to our audiences every single week!
And because we're part of a thriving, buzzing community – not some faceless platform – this careers board is run with proper heart.
